Genau! 🙂 Hier ein russischer Screenshot, in der englischsprachigen Version steht oben links auch „RECOIL“:

Eines der wenigen Spiele, die ich damals tatsächlich durchgespielt habe. Ich weiß nicht genau, warum, denn es war nicht so toll.

Irgendwie haben mich die Symbole der Waffen komplett auf ne falsche Spur geführt…Hätte schwören können die zu kennen,aber von dem Spiel hab ich noch nie was gehört 😄

Diese Rakete sieht aber auch genauso aus wie der „Big Bang“-Torpedo aus Schleichfahrt, wenn mich meine Erinnerung nicht täuscht 🙂

Hatte das nicht so’n Transformer-feature womit man das Fahrzeug in mehrere verschiedene transformieren konnte? Jedenfalls bin ich froh, dass jemand drauf kam, die Waffensymbole kamen mir (nun zurecht) unheimlich bekannt vor. Ich glaube aber, dass ich auch nur die Demo intensiv gespielt hatte damals. Man hatte ja nix. 😅

Nein - aber schon recht nah dran. Das gesuchte Spiel ist u.a. auch für Sega CD erschienen.

Weder Galaxy Force noch Silpheed (wie bereits @rsn8887 vermutet hatte). Silpheed ist etwas näher an der Lösung, da vorrangig polygonal statt Sprite-basiert.

Der gezeigte Ausschnitt ist aus der originalen Arcade-Version; das Spiel erschien über zweieinhalb Jahrzehnte hinweg dann auf einer Vielzahl von Systemen.

Starblade ist korrekt 👍

Ursprünglich als Arcade-Version erschienen, später dann auch für Sega CD, 3DO, Playstation, Wii, PSP, PS3 und PS Vita.

Achso, und ich dachte es sei eine extrem clevere Wahl, da kürzlich das andere StarBlade (für Amiga) gesucht wurde 😀

Hatte zuerst an einen GBA Titel gedacht, Zelda oder so… dann mich gefragt ob es doch aus einem point & click adventure sein könnte… oder doch eher ein retro-pixel-indie aus den 2000ern? Und dann fiel’s mir ein:

Beim Ohr bin ich mir recht sicher dass ich das von einem DS Spiel kenne.  
Aber ich täusch mich da auch relativ oft und beim Rucksack klingelt garnix.
