Es ist Hampstead (1984) von [Melbourne House](https://www.myabandonware.com/browse/publisher/melbourne-house-dh/)!  
Den Screenshot konnte ich auf [Abandonware](https://www.myabandonware.com/game/hampstead-4vm) finden.

Wahrscheinlich nicht, aber das Bild sieht einfach wie die Mannschaftsaufstellung in nem 8bit Eishockeyspiel aus. 😀
